Enemy Territory CFG Help (Move if necessary)

When I open Enemy Territory and get on a server I exec Mycfg.cfg, or autoexec, it doesnt matter.
These CTRL + binds seem like they work at first but then I try CTRL + A, for Ammo, but instead of the bind, it seems like it execs autoexec all over again (it echoes everything again and says Its time to lock 'n' load which it should only do once, when I 1st execute autoexec) and then I am stuck in crouch. Not only doesnt it work for A, but it doesnt work for E or some other keys I hve yet to find, however A is the only one that leaves me stuck in crouch. Also everytime I put in a CTRL + bind it echos Custom Settings Loaded! I like it to echo that when I first exec autoexec but not another time. Help me out guys.
